Dear Author/presenter
Authors of oral presentations are requested to bring their presentations (in PowerPoint or PDF format), using the template for presentations preferably, on a USB drive or CD-ROM, and must upload them to the computer in the Speaker Ready Room at least one day before their scheduled presentation.
However, if you prefer to deliver it presviosly, you can send it directly to the IN staff using the following e-mail address: internoise2010@gmail.com
Please name the presentation file using your Paper ID (for example ID1453.ppt), and clearly indicate the author’s name and paper title.
The Speaker Ready Room is located in the Pavilion 4 of Lisbon Congress Center, and will be open
during the following hours:
- Sunday 13th 14:00 – 19:00 hours

- Monday 14th 08:00 – 19:00 hours
|
- Tuesday 15th 08:00 – 19:00 hours
|
- Wednesday 16th 08:00 – 13:00 hours
