The Technical Exhibition Hall at INTER-NOISE 2010 is an exciting opportunity for your organization to show products and services to customers from Portugal and around the world. Traditionally, over the last few years, conference registrations have been at around 1000 delegates.
With several hours of interactive time scheduled in the Technical Exhibition Hall, it is expected a very good opportunity for engaging in dialogue with customers and professionals of the area.
Our propose is that you use the Technical Exhibition Hall at INTER-NOISE 2010 to drive increased interest in your organization and in your products and services.

Instructions for Booking and Payment |
All refreshment breaks, including morning and afternoon coffee breaks, will be held by the Technical Exhibition Hall area. In addition, the area is located near to the scientific program lecture halls, thus guaranteeing a high level of delegate visitation.
All exhibitors are also invited to present a scientific paper.
Exhibitor Package
Cost: 2000,00 EUR
Exhibitor Package includes:
• One exhibition booth (9 m2)
• One Congress Registration (admission to all sessions and exhibition, congress materials, coffee breaks and lunches, presentation of a scientific paper, admission to the Welcome Reception),
• One Exhibition Registration (exhibition admission, coffee breaks),
• 50-word company description in the Congress Program or in the Book of Abstracts including the company logo and address,
• Information on the Congress website including the company logo and hyperlink.
• More than 30 hours of direct contact with Congress attendees
• Invitation of visitors. You can invite your clients to visit the Technical Exhibition without paying conference fees. This one-day visitor pass gives only access to the exhibition. The number of invitation is limited to ten for each exhibitor.
Additional Exhibition Registration (admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition, coffee breaks and lunches) is: 250,00 EUR
The exhibition booths equipment is:
• white back and side walls,
• two 100 watt spotlights,
• one wall socket (220 V, 50 Hz),
• one table (70 x 70 cm),
• four plastic chairs,
• one information desk (100 x 50 cm),
• one standard company sign,
• one waste basket.
